as well as any likeness, image or sobriquet in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize Sports Officials Care, its assigns and transfers to copyright, use and publish the audio or video recordings, photographs or filmed footage of me and/or my child as well as any likeness, image or sobriquet in print, video and/or electronically. I also agree that the use and publication of such images, photographs/footage or sobriquet of me and/or my child may be done without my name and said use is for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
I further consideration for participation in this event, I release, acquit and forever discharge Sports Officials Care, and its partner organizations (including but not limited to Major League Baseball, NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLS, NHL and other sports leagues, etc.), along with its representatives and employees of each from any and all liabilities or claimed damages for injuries (mental or physical) to myself and or my child while participating in this event.
